ENTER IN YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
On the next screen, enter in a VALID email to which you have access. While you will not be required to check your email during this process, this is the email address that will be used to send you your username and password if you ever forget or misplace it. Once you have entered in a valid email address, click on the "Validate" link:
