Spanish Language AP

This advanced course is designed to raise the level of proficiency in all areas: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. This course requires extensive study and preparation and will broaden the knowledge and command of the language. The focus is increased fluency and communication at a more abstract and complex level for use in the global community. Students will continue to expand knowledge of previously introduced language structures, vocabulary, culture, history and literature and prepare to take the Spanish Language Advanced Placement® examination. This course will fulfill either the one fine arts/humanities or one of the elective credits require for graduation. It is expected students will take the AP exam in May.
